Cocktail hour at Kanvara starts when the sun drops behind the terrace plants. From 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays, the second cocktail on the list is on us.

Our bartender works with what the kitchen works with: lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil that arrive every morning. That's where the Bangkok Mule, with hand-grated ginger, and the Lotus Sour, with a slow-cooked hibiscus syrup, come from.

It applies at the bar and on the terrace, for two cocktails for the same person, and doesn't stack with other offers. No booking needed: there are five stools at the bar and there's almost always one free.
