Four-hands dinner with Sri Wattana

Sri Wattana has been cooking in Chiang Rai for twenty years and is coming to Medellín for the first time. For one night she takes over our kitchen and cooks seven courses with whatever she finds at the market that morning.

The menu isn't announced beforehand, because she doesn't know it herself until she sees the herbs. What we do know: there will be a nam prik, one of those curries that simmer for four hours, and a black rice dessert.

A single table of twenty-four, at 7:30 p.m. You pay on arrival. If you have an allergy, write it when you sign up and the kitchen will work around it.
