Apoleto (apoleto.com) is a digital platform for restaurants. We help restaurants show their digital presence — menu, gallery, reviews, reservations and AI chat — on their own domain.

2. What information we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Restaurant name
  • City and country
  • Optional message

We also automatically collect technical context to better understand your visit:

  • Approximate location (country, city, region) via IP address
  • Traffic source (direct, Google, social media, etc.)
  • UTM parameters if you arrive through a campaign link
  • Browser language, screen resolution and viewport size
  • Page URL and referring URL

3. Why we collect it

  • To contact you and respond to your inquiry via an advisor or WhatsApp
  • To show you pricing relevant to your country
  • To understand how visitors arrive at our site and improve it

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it outside the scope described here.

4. How we store it

Form data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Your country detection data is temporarily stored in your browser's localStorage for up to 24 hours to avoid repeated requests.

5. Third-party services

This site uses the following external services:

  • Supabase — database storage (privacy policy)
  • Vercel — site hosting (privacy policy)
  • ipapi.co — approximate location detection by IP (privacy policy)
  • Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google servers
  • WhatsApp — optional contact channel if you choose to use it

6. Your rights

You can request at any time:

  • Access to the data we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data
